How Buying Works

One brief, multiple dealers, a single point of contact.

New car buying has changed. Fixed price models, allocation queues, factory incentives and stock imbalances between states all mean the outcome depends less on how hard you push in a showroom and more on knowing where the car is and what it is genuinely trading for.

Ventura begins with a brief rather than a car. We look at how many seats you actually need, how far you drive, whether you tow, how long you intend to keep the vehicle and what your realistic total budget looks like once on road costs, insurance and servicing are included.

From there we approach dealers directly. Because the same brief goes to several at once, the offers that come back are competitive from the outset rather than the result of an afternoon of haggling.

Negotiation

What we negotiate on your behalf

A new car deal is far more than the sticker discount. Each of these lines moves the true cost of ownership.

Drive away price

One transparent figure including on road costs, so offers can be compared honestly rather than through differently structured quotes.

Options and accessories

Genuine accessories priced against the aftermarket, with a clear view on which additions hold value and which do not.

Dealer delivery and admin

Charges that vary widely between sites and are frequently negotiable when raised professionally.

Servicing and inclusions

Capped price servicing packs, first service inclusions and extended factory cover assessed on cost versus benefit.

Protection products

Paint and interior protection, tint and window etching reviewed rather than accepted at the finance desk.

Delivery timing

Firm build and delivery commitments in writing, with regular updates while the car is in the pipeline.

Trade-Ins

Your existing car, valued honestly

A strong discount on the new car means very little if it is quietly funded by a weak trade-in number.

Independent appraisal

We assess condition, history, kilometres and current demand for your model before any dealer sees it.

Multiple channels

Dealer trade, wholesale buyers and our own network are compared so you can see the real spread of outcomes.

Separated numbers

New car price and trade-in value are negotiated as two distinct figures, never blended into one.

Questions

Buying a new car through a broker, frequently asked questions

Is it cheaper to buy a new car through a broker?

In most cases the negotiated drive away price, correct option selection and a properly valued trade-in more than offset the broker fee. Where we do not believe we can improve on an offer you already hold, we will tell you plainly.

Can I choose the dealership the car comes from?

Yes. Some clients prefer a local dealer for servicing convenience. We will still negotiate on your behalf, and we will show you what the alternative offers looked like so the decision is informed.

What happens to my existing car?

We value it independently and present you with the trade-in offer, the dealer wholesale position and, where it makes sense, what a managed private or network sale would likely achieve.

Do I have to use your finance partner?

Never. Finance is entirely optional and you are free to use your bank or your own broker. Where you want options, we introduce accredited specialists and compare their terms against what the dealership offers.

How long is the wait on a new car in Australia?

It depends entirely on the model. Volume vehicles are often available from existing stock within days, while allocation dependent or newly launched models can run to several months. We confirm realistic timing before you commit.

Can the car be delivered outside Sydney?

Yes. We regularly arrange transport to regional NSW and interstate addresses, with delivery condition checked before the vehicle is released.
