Fleet and business vehicles, supplied properly.
From two utes to a national fleet, Ventura handles specification, pricing, fit out and delivery so your vehicles arrive ready to work.
Fleet cost is rarely a purchase price problem.
Most businesses assume the money in fleet is saved at the point of purchase. In practice, the larger numbers sit in specification decisions, downtime during fit out, inconsistent replacement timing and disposal handled as an afterthought.
Ventura approaches fleet as a whole of life exercise. We look at how the vehicles are used, what they cost to run, when they should be replaced and what they will return when they are, then build a supply approach around that rather than around whatever deal is available this month.
The practical result is fewer vehicles off the road, consistent pricing across sites, and a single point of contact instead of a different salesperson for every purchase.

Fleet vehicle supply, frequently asked questions
How small can a fleet be to work with Ventura?
There is no minimum. Many of our business clients run between two and twenty vehicles, where there is no internal fleet manager and the buying task usually falls to an owner or office manager already stretched thin.
Can you work alongside our existing finance or leasing provider?
Yes. We are provider agnostic. If you already have a leasing or finance arrangement in place we work within it, and simply handle the sourcing, negotiation and delivery.
Do you handle fit out, signage and accessories?
We coordinate canopies, trays, racking, tow bars, safety equipment, tinting and vehicle wraps so the asset arrives job ready rather than needing to be taken off the road again.
Can you supply vehicles to multiple states?
Yes. Multi site businesses are common for us. Vehicles can be sourced and delivered in each state with consistent specification and pricing across the group.
What about disposing of the vehicles we are replacing?
Fleet disposal is handled at the same time as replacement, through dealer, wholesale or auction channels depending on age, condition and volume, so both sides of the transaction are optimised.
Do you offer novated leasing for staff?
We coordinate novated arrangements with accredited providers and handle the vehicle side, which is often where employees receive the least support and the poorest pricing.
