Six stages, one point of contact.
A deliberate, transparent process that removes the guesswork from buying a vehicle and puts the negotiation in professional hands.
Good outcomes come from good briefs.
Most disappointing car purchases are not negotiation failures. They are brief failures: the wrong body style for the way the household actually travels, a specification chosen in a showroom rather than against a requirement, or a budget considered only at purchase price and not across the years of ownership.
For that reason our process front loads the thinking. By the time we approach a dealer, the vehicle, the specification and the target price are already settled, which is precisely why those conversations move quickly.
How a Ventura purchase runs, stage by stage
The same six stages apply whether the vehicle is a first family SUV or a limited allocation prestige car.
- 01
Initial consultation
We discuss usage, passengers, towing, parking, annual kilometres, budget, timing and intended hold period. Your existing vehicle is also assessed if it is being replaced. The output is a written brief, not a car.
- 02
Vehicle research
A shortlist with the honest trade-offs of each candidate: purchase price, running costs, servicing, safety, supply position and expected resale. Where a cheaper option is the better one, that is what we will recommend.
- 03
Dealer negotiation
The brief goes to our national dealer network simultaneously. Offers are compared on a drive away basis, then negotiated on price, inclusions, delivery timing and trade-in as separate lines.
- 04
Finance if required
Entirely optional. Where finance suits you, accredited specialists present the structures available and the total cost of each. Your own bank or broker is equally welcome, and we work to their timeline.
- 05
Delivery
Contracts checked against what was agreed, pre-delivery inspection confirmed, registration and compliance completed, then collection or transport to your home or office anywhere in Australia.
- 06
After sales support
The relationship continues. Servicing questions, warranty escalation, accessory advice and a considered view on when to replace or sell the vehicle.
Included in every engagement

Genuine alternatives with the trade-offs stated plainly, not a single suggestion.
Market pricing evidence
What comparable vehicles are actually transacting for, not what they are advertised at.
Independent inspection
On used purchases, a specialist inspection plus PPSR and history verification.
Contract review
Every line checked against the agreed terms before you sign anything.
Delivery coordination
Transport, compliance, registration and handover managed end to end.

The buying process, frequently asked questions
How long does the whole process take?
For an in stock vehicle, often one to two weeks from consultation to delivery. Factory orders and allocation dependent models follow the manufacturer's timeline, which we confirm before you commit.
What happens at the initial consultation?
A conversation about how you drive, who travels with you, your budget, your timing and how long you plan to keep the vehicle. No vehicle is recommended until that brief is clear.
Do I need to visit a dealership at any point?
Only if you want to, usually for a test drive. Everything else, including negotiation, paperwork and delivery, can be handled without you attending a showroom.
When do I pay the Ventura fee?
The fee is agreed in writing before work begins and is payable on completion of the purchase, not up front.
What if I change my mind about the vehicle mid process?
That happens, and it is far better before a contract is signed than after. We revisit the brief and adjust the search.
What after sales support do you provide?
Servicing and warranty guidance, help resolving issues with the supplying dealer, and advice on the right time to replace or sell the vehicle.
Begin with a consultation
Tell us what you are considering. The first conversation is free, unhurried, and usually clarifies more than a month of online research.
